Limited Liability Company “Optical Medical Diagnostic Systems” (abbreviated name: LLC “ODS-MED”) is a scientific organization in accordance with the Charter, as well as in accordance with Clause 1, Article 5 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 08.23.1996 No. 127-FL “On Science and state science and technology policy”. The company was created in 2019 as a part of the “Start” program of Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE). As part of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, the company is implementing two projects: “Blood pressure monitor with vascular assessment function” and “Physiotherapeutic device “Electronic mustard plaster”. Both projects are being implemented with grant support from the Skolkovo Foundation in the form of microgrants allocated for patenting individual research results, creating prototypes, testing, etc.

In the summer of 2024, ODS-MED was assigned the status of a Small Technology Company (STC) under application No. 3074. Information about this was included into the register of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, register No. 2055.

The company plans to introduce its own production on the market in 2025-2026. The products will be based on the results of the company’s research activities and will be manufactured at the leased production facilities at the Pushchino Technopark and Serpuhov Technopark, Moscow Region, as well as at the production platforms of industrial partners. One of the first industrial partners of our Company became State Scientific and Production Company “Cyclone-Test” (https://ciklon-test.ru/), which has a quality management certificate for the production of medical devices , and LLC “PRACTIC-M” (www.practic-m.ru), specializing in the development and production of heating systems for domestic and industrial purposes, including aerospace technology.
